
An established, global industrial technology manufacturer is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own strategy, profitability, and go-to-market execution for a defined product portfolio.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product management, engineering, sales enablement, and commercial strategy, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with business ownership.
The Role You will take full ownership of a portfolio of engineered products, acting as the technical authority, commercial lead, and internal advocate throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning P&L responsibility for assigned product lines
Acting as the technical and application expert supporting Sales, Engineering, and customers
Defining pricing, competitive positioning, and promotional strategy
Leading product launches and coordinating cross-functional execution
Developing sales enablement tools (white papers, application guides, competitive analysis, success stories)
Supporting complex customer applications, including on-site technical engagement when required
Tracking product performance and driving corrective actions when needed
Collaborating with supply chain on forecasting and demand planning
Delivering training to sales teams and channel partners nationwide
Background We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or similar technical discipline, or relevant experience)
3+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, or a technical commercial role
Experience working with engineered products, components, or systems
Exposure to industrial, scientific, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments is a strong plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
