Compensation: $26-$37/hour based on experience
What You'll Do:
Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
Ensure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions.
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
Read blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing.
Maintain high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft every day.
What You Bring:
Experience: 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
