Three 12-hour shifts per week
Monday–Friday: 7:45AM – 8:15 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Must work 3 weekend shifts per month

Patient check-in and coordination of care
Insurance verification
Occupational Health support
Processing and accepting patient payments
Responding to patient inquiries via phone and email
Determining the best method for resolving patient issues within organizational guidelines
Coordinating issue resolution with other departments
Collecting patient demographic and billing information for data entry and scheduling
