Overview
We are currently looking for Body Shop Technicians/Preppers. RV Paint/Body Shop Technicians and Preppers will be tasked with Full Body Paint job on Double Decker Buses and the occasional repairs on motorhomes, trailers, fifth wheels, limos & vehicles ranging from minor collision repair to full-body paint jobs. 24/7 MotorCoach Collision Center is a state of the art “CLIMATE CONTROLLED” facility averaging 75-82 degrees daily in the Summer. Paint/Body/Trim repair and reconditioning from collision damage Disassembly and re-assembly Fiberglass Repair Structural damage repair Coordinate repair procedures/approaches with Collision Manager Qualifications
Must be extremely detail oriented for complex and precise body repairs Must have own set of tools and toolbox 3-5 years prepping and refinishing experience required; Truck & RV experience preferred, or 2 years as Body Shop Tech Must take pride in your work and be a good communicator Must be a team player and have a customer-first mentality Additional
