We are currently looking for Body Shop Technicians/Preppers; RV Paint/Body Shop Technicians and Preppers will be tasked with full body paint work on double decker buses and the occasional repairs on motorhomes, trailers, fifth wheels, limos and vehicles ranging from minor collision repair to full-body paint jobs. We are looking for a positive, professional, open-minded individual with technical experience in automotive body repair (RV body repair would be a plus). Responsibilities
Paint/Body/Trim repair and reconditioning from collision damage Disassembly and re-assembly Fiberglass Repair Structural damage repair Coordinate repair procedures/approaches with Collision Manager Qualifications
Must be extremely detail oriented for complex and precise body repairs Must have own set of tools and toolbox 3-5 years prepping and refinishing experience required; Truck & RV experience preferred, or 2 years as Body Shop Tech Must take pride in your work and be a good communicator Must be a team player and have a customer-first mentality ASC Welcome Pay and Benefits
