About the role Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Digital Marketing and Product Information Lead your primary role will be to create printed and digital design material and maintain the company’s digital marketing and product information platforms. You will be working as part of a diverse creative team and may be required to assist with other create outputs of the department.

Whilst this role reports to the Marketing Manager, we operate as one national team, so you will be part of a broader team of professionals. You will enjoy being innovative and thinking outside the box and be comfortable to respectfully challenge the norm.

What you will need to do Key Responsibilities

Creation of new product pages and other supporting webpages

Creative license for website presents/design.

Oversee and monitor plugin and API maintenance and updates of themes.

Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Product Development, Branding and Seas, to translate creative ideas into effective visual materials.

Campaign execution and analytics.

Website & SEO Management

Manage and update website content using WordPress/CMS ensuring all product pages are accurate and current.

Act as the first responder for website issues, coordinating resolutions with internal teams or external web developers as needed.

Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across the website for improved visibility and search performance.

Liaise with web management agencies and ensure the website and plugins remain functional and up-to-date.

Product Information Management (PIM)

Serve as the gatekeeper for the product information database, ensuring a single source of truth for all product data.

Maintain consistency and accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, imagery, and key selling points.

Work closely with the Product and Brand teams to keep product data accurate and ensure updates are reflected across the website and retailer platforms.

Ensure that product information is integrated into marketing campaigns (EDMs, social, paid ads) for consistent messaging.

Content & Visual Communication

Create or adapt assets from the Brand team into EDMs, social media and campaign materials.

Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to produce on-brand, fast-turnaround visuals when required.

Support basic photography, filming and editing of video content to enhance product storytelling.

Collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure visual consistency and alignment.

Campaign Execution & Alignment

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that leverage accurate product information across EDMs, social media and paid channels.

Ensure that campaign messages is consistent and aligned with product launches and sales priorities.

Work alongside the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all execution tasks are completed on time.

Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyse the performance of paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta) and suggest optimisations to improve ROI and effectiveness.

Track the success of EDM campaigns and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Review website analytics to identify areas for SEO improvement and better user experience.

Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing team.

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

Education, Skills & Capabilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic design, marketing or similar

3+ years of related experience

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, conceptual, and critical‑thinking skills

Prioritises workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with manipulate large data sets.

Ability to be a team player and partner across various functions within an organisation.

Adaptability and strong positive work ethic

You will bring the highest level of personal integrity and ethics.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure compliance to all legislative requirements (Trade Practices) and ethical standards.
