Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. Summary: You will play a critical role in enabling scalable, data-driven marketing by owning the systems, integrations, and processes that power our digital and demand-generation ecosystem. Responsibilities
Own day-to-day administration and optimization of the company website and eCommerce platform
Manage marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization tools
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for system integrations
Partner with IT, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure data accuracy and system alignment
Website & eCommerce Operations
Support website updates, enhancements, and ongoing optimization (UX, forms, tracking, SEO, A/B testing)
Maintain eCommerce functionality including product setup, pricing logic, checkout flows, and reporting
Troubleshoot technical issues impacting conversion, data capture, or customer experience
Support website re-platforming, enhancements, and vendor relationships as needed
Integrations & Data Flow
Manage and monitor integrations between platforms
Document data flows, field mappings, and system dependencies
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or simplification
Ensure clean handoffs of leads, orders, and customer data across systems
Define and document marketing operations processes, workflows, and best practices
Build repeatable processes for campaign setup, reporting, and system requests
Support marketing team adoption
Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
Reporting & Insights
Support dashboarding and reporting related to website performance, funnel conversion, and eCommerce metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, web operations, or a related role
Hands-on experience supporting websites and/or eCommerce platforms
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
Exposure to CRM and ERP systems and system integrations
Marketing automation and CRM fundamentals
Website and eCommerce operations, web development/management, and eCommerce principles
Systems integrations and data hygiene best practices
Basic understanding of APIs, middleware, or integration tools (hands‑on coding not required)
Analytics and reporting fundamentals (funnels, attribution, conversion metrics)
Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, IT, sales, and finance
Comfort managing multiple systems, vendors, and priorities simultaneously
Detail‑oriented with a strong process and documentation mindset
Experience in B2B, industrial, SaaS, or complex sales environments is a plus
Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
