Participate in paid training, which includes obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already held.
Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid‑morning start times.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers.
Proficiency in typing and PC skills, with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service roles.
Familiarity with insurance products and services.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement.
Previous experience in a remote work environment.
