What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.

Match the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Represent the employer brand positively and connect customers with suitable products.

Adapt to various work environments, schedules, and the needs of policyholders.

Participate in a 16 to 18-week paid training program, including licensing.

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills essential for closing sales.

Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Previous experience in a customer-centric sales environment.
