Amwins Connect is expanding and hiring experienced carrier-side sales professionals to own and grow broker distribution across the Georgia. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside individual contributor role designed for reps who already know how to win with brokers and want to be rewarded accordingly. This is not a broker, producer, or leadership role. It is a true territory ownership role with real earning power. What You’ll Do

Own and grow a defined regional territory calling on healthcare brokers. Drive placement of group medical solutions through broker partners. Leverage existing broker relationships while expanding new ones. Position Amwins Connect competitively against carriers and peers. Partner internally to move opportunities from broker interest to placement. Operate independently with accountability for territory performance. Who This Role Is Built For

Carrier, wholesaler, MGA, or competitor regional sales reps. Professionals who sell through brokers (not direct to employers) strong background in group medical (ancillary / voluntary acceptable). Established broker relationships in Georgia. Comfortable in a remote, field-based role with local travel.
