We are a global supplier of botanical extracts, herbal raw materials, and functional ingredients used by manufacturers in the dietary supplement, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Our customers are manufacturers and contract manufacturers who purchase ingredients in bulk quantities for use in their production processes. We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across North America. This is a business-to-business (B2B) industrial ingredient sales role. It does not involve consumer or retail product sales. Position Overview
The Technical Sales Representative will work directly with manufacturers, purchasing departments, and product development teams to supply bulk raw materials and ingredients. The role focuses on long-term customer relationships, technical communication, and supporting customers through sampling, qualification, and commercialization. The ideal candidate has experience selling raw materials, ingredients, chemicals, industrial products, or other B2B manufacturing supplies. Key Responsibilities
Develop new business with manufacturers and contract manufacturers Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Respond to RFQs and pricing inquiries Coordinate samples and product evaluations Provide product specifications and technical documentation Work with quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams to support customers Assist customers through vendor qualification and approval processes Manage pricing, forecasts, and order follow-ups Attend customer visits and trade shows as needed Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or account management experience Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or distribution customers Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and long sales cycles Comfortable working with technical information and documentation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
