Job Details We are seeking a relational and motivated

Sales Manager

for our 62 and older active adult lease‑up community –

Affinity at Broadmoor

located in Pasco, WA. The Sales Manager will lead and drive occupancy to meet short‑term and long‑term leasing goals and build a strong rapport with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

Practice professional and relational sales techniques while connecting with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, walk‑ins, and appointments.

Receive inbound phone/email inquiries while listening with intent to gather information and curate a personalized “Affinitized” experience.

Ensure complete and accurate prospect information is collected, entered, and updated in the sales management system consistently.

Conduct individualized tours based on the prospective resident’s needs and interests.

Perform daily, meaningful prospect follow‑up in accordance with Affinity expectations and standards.

Coordinate depositor‑related creative follow‑up and engagement.

Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service.

Host and participate in onsite community events for residents and prospects.

Build meaningful strategic partnerships with local businesses, service providers, and senior housing communities.

Participate in offsite sales and marketing events for potential residents and strategic partners.

Use on‑site property management software applications to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage data, and capture critical demographics.

Design and execute marketing activities and events in partnership with the team, including prospect‑facing events, resident and realtor referral programs, outreach programs, online and social media marketing, and property‑specific marketing plans.

Ensure all online advertisements and postings are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Evaluate and shop competitors quarterly to understand the competitive landscape.

Complete and maintain all documents required for resident and property files, including background/credit checks and liability insurance.

Observe the condition of the grounds, buildings, and model apartments and report maintenance needs to the Community Director.

Provide sales and marketing leadership and training to team members and other staff.

May partner with Regional Sales Manager on additional assignments and projects.

Comply with all company policies, procedures and Fair Housing Laws.

What We Are Seeking

Team player with a “we over me” approach to building relationships.

Determined, ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work well under pressure.

Strong leadership capabilities and proven success motivating a team to exceed sales targets.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

1–2 years of relevant sales and leasing experience; preferably in senior living; mastered all duties of a Leasing Consultant.

Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (Yardi, On‑Site), and CRM solutions.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

High School Diploma required; advanced education preferred.

Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
