Monday–Friday | Full-Time (40+ hours/week) Compensation:

$60,000 base salary + monthly commission incentives

About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established

food distribution company

that’s looking for a motivated

Sales Account Manager

to grow and manage customer relationships across the Atlanta area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

owning accounts , building long‑term partnerships, and driving sales in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You’ll work closely with

retail customers , helping expand product placement and revenue.

If you’re a relationship‑driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple locations

Sell and promote products to existing customers while developing new business

Identify growth opportunities through consultative, needs‑based selling

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

Build strong relationships with ethnic and mainstream retail partners

Prospect new business through cold calls, in‑person visits, and outreach

Review sales data and customer trends to guide strategy

Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally

Execute merchandising strategies, planograms, and promotional displays

Support off-shelf placements and special promotions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Maintain accurate CRM records, order entry, and reporting

Stay current on promotions, market trends, and product offerings

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of sales or account management experience (food distribution experience is a plus, not required)

Proven ability to hit sales goals and performance metrics

CRM experience (Repsly or similar systems preferred)

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Self‑motivated and results‑driven

Merchandising experience is a plus

Bilingual in English and Arabic or Turkish (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willing to travel locally between customer locations

Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds
