JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Creative Marketing to lead the vision, development, and execution of Ezee Fiber’s brand and creative strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing all creative functions, including brand identity, visual design, content development, and integrated campaign execution across digital, field, and corporate marketing channels.

The successful candidate will balance creative excellence with operational discipline, ensuring that all creative efforts align with business objectives, support growth initiatives, and deliver a compelling, and consistent brand experience across all markets. This role is critical to shaping how Ezee Fiber shows up internally, externally, and within the communities we serve.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead the creation of impactful, creative marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and message across all channels.

Oversee creative strategy and production of high-quality marketing assets, including digital content, print materials, and multimedia, ensuring they meet brand execution standards.

Manage and mentor internal creative team members, including designers, copywriters, and content creators.

Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production vendors, and creative partners.

Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, Field Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support go‑to‑market strategies.

Ensure creative assets support performance marketing goals, including customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Oversee creative development for digital, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, web, video, print, events, and field marketing materials.

Establish scalable creative workflows, timelines, and quality standards to support rapid execution in a high‑growth environment.

Maintain and manage brand governance, creative asset libraries, and approval processes.

Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform creative optimization and continuous improvement.

Support internal communications, employer branding, and corporate storytelling initiatives in partnership with HR and executive leadership.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervise one or more employees. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising, Communication, Design, or a related field is required. Eight – Twelve years of progressive experience in creative marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing leadership. (required)

Proven experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign leadership, and creative execution.

Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with business and performance objectives.

Experience in telecommunications, technology, utilities, or other high‑growth, multi‑market environments. (preferred)

Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative drives measurable outcomes. (preferred)

Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. (preferred)

Familiarity with modern creative tools, DAM systems, and agile marketing workflows. (preferred)

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate effectively, and remain in a stationary position for significant portions of the workday. The associate must frequently access, input, and retrieve information from computers and other office productivity devices. The associate may occasionally move about the office and attend meetings or events as needed.

FIELD REQUIREMENTS

Occasional attendance at community events, field activations, or outdoor marketing initiatives may be required. The associate must be able to tolerate varying weather conditions during such events and comply with all applicable safety requirements.
