We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations for commercial construction projects throughout the
DFW Metroplex . The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all
day-to-day field operations
on commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
Develop and manage
look-ahead schedules
and daily work plans to ensure production goals are met
Enforce company
safety programs
and conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections
Maintain project quality by performing ongoing inspections and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues efficiently
Oversee site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and project documentation including daily reports and progress tracking
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Construction Superintendent
in commercial construction
Experience managing
ground-up and/or major renovation projects
in sectors such as office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
