What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own monthly close activities for assigned Personal Lines cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights
Lead components of quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans for Personal Lines functions
Prepare executive-ready reporting to highlight the financial performance of key initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of projects and investments
Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing reporting processes and financial governance
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong foundation in operational expense management and variance analysis
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models that support business decisions
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting Personal Lines insurance (Auto, Home, Specialty)
Exposure to portfolio management and benefit realization tracking
Experience contributing to FP&A modernization or transformation initiatives
Strong ownership mindset with a desire to grow into a senior FP&A partner
Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
