What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own monthly close activities for assigned cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights
Lead components of quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans for Personal Lines functions
Prepare executive-ready reporting to highlight financial performance and key initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate projects and investments within Personal Lines
Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing planning tools and reporting processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong foundation in operational expense management and variance analysisProven ability to build and interpret financial models that inform business decisions
Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial planning and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting Personal Lines insurance or broader financial services
Familiarity with project finance and initiative-based financial modeling
Exposure to portfolio management and benefit realization tracking
Demonstrated ownership mindset and desire to advance in FP&A roles
