What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own monthly close activities for assigned cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights
Lead components of quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans for Personal Lines functions
Prepare executive‑ready reporting to highlight financial performance and expected value of initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of projects and investments
Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing planning tools and reporting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong foundation in operational expense management, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models for business decisions
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting Personal Lines insurance or broader financial services
Exposure to portfolio management and benefit realization trackingExperience contributing to FP&A modernization or transformation initiatives
Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and desire to grow into a senior FP&A partner
