We play a critical role in keeping supply chains moving by hiring dependable teams for warehouse, transportation, and corporate functions. We’re seeking a Corporate Recruiter who understands the urgency and precision required in food distribution hiring.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines
Create and post job ads on Indeed and other platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring standards
Support onboarding and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of corporate or in-house recruiting experience
Experience with high-volume or operations-based roles (warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Comfortable using ATS systems and recruiting platforms like Indeed
