What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to introduce the employer's offerings
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to set up introductory calls and manage lead hand-offs
Support marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and execute outbound communication strategies
Articulate business benefits, respond to objections, and identify sales opportunities
Utilize CRM and sales technology for accurate activity recording and lead management
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of experience in an SDR to AE handoff sales role, preferably in software or technology
Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong
Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with senior stakeholders
Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies
Experience implementing and utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes
