What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales representatives focused on closing inbound leads
Establish and communicate clear expectations for sales activity and performance metrics
Conduct structured coaching sessions to enhance team skills and performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective sales execution and customer onboarding
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding team-level targets and conversion goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of business development experience in an inside sales or high-velocity environment
Proven experience selling complex solutions that require strong value articulation and customer education
Solid understanding of payments, incentives, or adjacent Fin-Tech ecosystems
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on accountability and performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with payment processing workflows, settlement mechanisms, and regulatory requirements
Experience with APIs, payment gateways, and fintech integration models
Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as cryptocurrency and digital wallets
Demonstrated ability to implement and utilize AI tools for process enhancement and measurable results
