We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
Process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Provide information about products, services, and promotions
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications
Must be reliable and punctual
Health, dental, and vision insurance

Pay Structure Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Biweekly Hourly Pay
