Summary As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding SilverChef’s market presence across the U.S. by building and strengthening relationships with equipment dealers and foodservice operators.

This role is all about growing our dealer network through a hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground approach—meeting with potential partners, introducing them to Rent‑Try‑Buy, and showing them how our financing solutions can help them drive sales and profit. You’ll also work closely with existing dealer partners, providing ongoing support to help them maximize their success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with equipment dealers, serving as their trusted financing partner.

Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new dealer partners, using a hands‑on, personalized approach to relationship‑building.

Educate and train equipment dealer sales teams on the features and benefits of Rent‑Try‑Buy, ensuring they can effectively communicate the value to their customers.

Work closely with dealer partners to progress financing deals, providing ongoing support to streamline transactions and drive sales.

Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, funding, and operations—to efficiently manage deals through our proprietary platform.

Identify and contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance business opportunities for both dealer partners and SilverChef.

Regularly communicate with dealers, customers, and colleagues via in‑person meetings, phone calls, and email to maintain strong partnerships and ensure a seamless financing experience.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or Hospitality Management

2+ year of industry experience in leasing or finance related sales (preferred), OR

2+ year of sales experience in Foodservice/Hospitality equipment, or related industry sales (preferred)

Other Requirements

Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle

Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays

Compensation

$70,000 base salary, plus monthly commissions

Quarterly performance‑based bonus

Car Allowance to support travel and relationship‑building efforts
