What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist employees with inquiries

Conduct regular team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices

Provide coaching and call monitoring to ensure compliance with sales techniques

Manage human resource objectives including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment

2-4 years of experience leading a remote team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a high-volume work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the pest management industry

Familiarity with customer service software and web-based applications

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Previous experience in training or mentoring team members
