Job Description In this role, you will lead the partner efforts for North America. This is a critical role in the sales organization. Your main rule will be to drive sales and build growth through new partnerships and alliances. You’ll reach out to partners, MSPs and MSSPs in North America to generate sales opportunities for the sales team. In your role, you will be responsible for the partners' journey from partner evaluation, contract negotiation, sales goals and KPIs, until they start generating qualified sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the assigned territory.

Manage partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals

Create a process to quickly onboard and deliver ongoing communications and training to partners

Address partner-related issues (e.g., sales conflicts, pricing issues) in a timely manner

Set up and track goals and targets as they relate to partner compensation and MDFs

Assist in resellers marketing activities such as webinars, campaigns, local events and other promotional activities

Jointly qualify partners' opportunities before hand off to sales

Communicate MazeBolt’s unique value proposition to partners' C-Level and technical teams

Work closely with the Customer Success and the R&D team.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

Reports to: VP of Sales North America

Requirements

7+ years experience selling high technology B2B products in assigned territory in a partner model

Experience with enterprise and service providers' sales process to C-Levels.

History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships

Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and MazeBolt teams

High level of independence and ability to work in a start-up environment.

Any one of these is an Advantage

Technical degree in Computer Science/background in network architecture

Experience in Cyber DDoS space

DDoS mitigation marketplace knowledge

Strong personal network within the industry
