Job Description As a MazeBolt Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new enterprise prospects across BFSI, fintech, payments, and gaming. You will be the tip of the spear, driving outbound efforts, creating first meetings that will generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team. This is a critical role as part of the sales team. This role is for someone who learns fast, loves the thrill of opening new accounts, understands cybersecurity or wants to learn deeply and thrives in a high-accountability, high-reward environment. This is a performance‑driven role where success is clear and measurable.

What You’ll Do

Research enterprise accounts that were identified by the AE

Personalized outreach to senior executives using email, phone, LinkedIn, and events

Creates messages that resonate with technical and executive buyers

Educate prospects on DDoS challenges, risks, and continuous DDoS testing

Book qualified meetings for the Sales Directors

Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM

Collaborate daily with Sales Directors and Channel Director to receive direction on top enterprise accounts and messaging

Work on marketing incoming leads and events

Self‑assessment by analysing results – A/B testing

Track account insights, signals, buying triggers, and key decision‑makers

Represent MazeBolt with professionalism

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR or sales role (cybersecurity is an advantage)

Strong written and verbal communication

Resilience, hunger, and a hunter mindset

Ability to break into enterprise accounts

Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts

High work ethic and self‑drive

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and AmpleMarket is an advantage
