Job Summary: Develops and executes systemwide social media strategy that aligns with the Adventist Health mission and business objectives.
Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience:
Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Five years' marketing or communication experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
Designs social media strategy for systemwide implementation to align with business goals. Develops and maintains social media policies and content guidelines. Responsible for social media channel selection and management.
Creates original text, image and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. Creates and manages social media content calendar.
Writes blog posts that coordinate with social media campaigns and content. Selects and maintains posting and tracking platforms/tools. Sets specific objectives and reports on results.
Provides social media thought leadership and guidance to marketing and communication team members and market and system stakeholders. Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Serves as a steward of our brand and image, ensuring content aligns with our mission, values and business objectives.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
