What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in theft apprehension and surveillance
Strong understanding of safety and legal protocols
Ability to wear and operate body‑worn cameras
Excellent communication and de‑escalation skills
Ability to work independently in high‑pressure environments

Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and risk management
Previous experience in a retail or security role
