Requirements
What You'll Do as our next CSR:
Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and professionalism Follow a proven call script to ensure consistency and maximize booking rates Book service calls accurately and efficiently Make outbound follow-up calls on unscheduled estimates, memberships, and service opportunities Proactively work call lists to generate additional appointments Enter accurate notes and customer details into Service Titan Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For in our next CSR:
Strong phone presence and high energy Ability to confidently follow a script and handle objections Driven to book calls and hit daily/weekly goals Proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do Excellent communication and listening skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment Home services or call center experience preferred What We Offer
