Salary: $70,000-93,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, and help shape our talent strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship‑builder with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Corporate Recruiter for multiple business units, managing full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure role alignment and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
- Represent the company at networking events and career fairs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success as a Corporate Recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS tools and modern sourcing platforms.
- Hybrid availability with 2 days per week required in the office.
