Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet, phone, and walk-in traffic Ensure CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings Oversee trade appraisals, pricing strategy, and inventory management Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager Strong desking skills (payment structure, lending, rebates, incentives, warranty products) Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills Valid driver's license Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement
