Customer Success And Enrollment Growth Specialist

Compensation and Benefits Pay starts at $17 - $20 based on experience. Potential to become full-time depending on performance Performance Bonus: We may offer a bonus component based on enrollment growth and outreach performance (to be discussed during employment) Paid Time Off Snacks provided at the work location Opportunities for internal advancement Excellent work culture Employee discount Referral program The Position This role is ideal for a people-person with a background in sales or business development who enjoys building relationships within the local community. You will balance providing excellent support to our families with a proactive approach to growing our school through community partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Customer Success & Enrollment Growth Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with a focus on converting interest into enrollments. Manage customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring every family feels valued. Lead by example: Share successful enrollment techniques and tips with our CSR team to help increase our overall conversion rates Maintain accurate customer records and follow up proactively with prospective leads. Community Outreach & Business Development Relationship Development: Proactively reach out to and build long-term partnerships with local schools, preschools, daycares, HOAs, and community groups. Brand Advocacy: Identify and coordinate opportunities for water safety presentations, booths, and local events to increase brand awareness. Represent British Swim School at community events (occasional evenings/weekends as needed). Identify new community-based opportunities to drive lead generation and school growth. Skills and Abilities Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys networking and building rapport. Strong customer service skills with a natural ability to persuade and enroll others in our mission. Organized and self-motivatedyou enjoy "getting out there" to make things happen. Comfortable using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic technology Willingness to attend local events during evenings or weekends as needed Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required) Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred) Schedule & Location Part-time: 2430 hours per week 34 days per week, including weekends when needed for events Hybrid role: on-site during weekdays; remote work may be available on weekends Must be able to commute to NW Portland, OR (97229) At British Swim School, we are more than a swim lesson provider.
