This is a job that Jill, our AI Recruiter, is recruiting for on behalf of one of our customers. She will pick the best candidates from Jack's network. As the first dedicated sales hire, you will spearhead go-to-market efforts for a platform revolutionizing international game distribution. You will transition the company from zero-to-one by defining the sales strategy, building a high-velocity pipeline, and closing deals with both indie studios and major publishers to remove global language barriers. Location: San Francisco, USA Why this role is remarkable: Founding-level impact as the first business hire, directly influencing the product roadmap and engineering priorities based on market feedback. Backed by top-tier VCs and led by an experienced executive team from industry-leading gaming platforms. Unique opportunity to solve a fundamental fragmentation problem in the multibillion-dollar gaming industry using cutting-edge AI infrastructure. What you will do: Execute the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and prospecting to negotiating and closing enterprise-level contracts. Identify and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) while constructing the foundational sales playbook for future team expansion. Act as a strategic bridge between customers and the technical team to ensure the product solves real-world localization challenges. The ideal candidate: Proven track record in B2B SaaS or gaming industry sales, ideally within a high-growth or early-stage startup environment. Exceptional "builder" mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous conditions and create processes where none exist. Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders ranging from indie developers to executive leadership. We never post fake jobs. This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network. Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description. We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it. Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
