Senior Director, Recruiting & HR Operations

The Senior Director of Recruiting & HR Operations serves as the organization’s leader for talent acquisition and core HR operational functions. This position is responsible for shaping people strategies that align with business priorities, elevating recruitment practices, guiding team performance, and driving operational excellence across the HR ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Designs and implements integrated strategies for recruiting, talent management, and HR operations that advance organizational objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition Oversight: Leads the full recruitment lifecycle—including university hiring, experienced hiring, and executive searches—to ensure a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • HR Operations & Systems Management: Oversees HRIS platforms, payroll processes, benefits administration, and all onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
  • Operational Optimization: Continuously reviews and refines HR processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coaches and develops HR operations and recruiting team members, cultivating a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
