Senior Tax Manager
We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax Function. We need an experienced addition to our tax team, with primary focus on transfer pricing and corporate tax, to provide advice and compliance support for all group entities. As Senior Tax Manager you will report to Head of Tax in KONGSBERG. You will proactively support our business by leading the transfer pricing compliance effort in cooperation with the divisions and subsidiaries with the support of external advisors. You will also support the Divisions with tax compliance and controversy. Responsibilities & Tasks:
Develop strong working relationships with business, finance, and tax across the organization and collaborate on significant tax matters affecting the operations, Leading role for transfer pricing in the Group; prepare, review and update the Group’s transfer pricing documentation, models and policies, in close collaboration with business and finance resources through the Group, Support the Norwegian corporate tax filings, ensuring completeness and technical accuracy including proper elections, disclosures, and adherence to established tax policies and processes, Support other relevant tax filings, continuing our effort to managing taxes in the countries and regions, Collaborate on strategic tax initiatives impacting the Company's operations including organic growth ventures, cross-border financing and repatriation, and tax credit and tax incentive opportunities, Provide strategic support and assist with the development and review of relevant tax audit information requests, Maintain and enhance global tax policies and processes to help foster a strong control and governance environment within the tax function, Work closely with and manage tax advisers when required. Qualifications:
Law or Finance master graduate with professional qualifications from a university or similar institution, Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, gained from a top-tier Law Firm, Firm of accountants, from within a multinational group and/or tax administration, Strong experience with transfer pricing, Strong experience in domestic corporate tax regulations, Some experience with financial accounts, Some experience with tax regulations in commercial and intercompany contracts, Preferably some understanding of tax governance, policies and internal controls.
