
We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Recruiter
to support full-cycle hiring efforts for a large chemical refining organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across operations, engineering, corporate, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets
Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Provide market insight on compensation trends and hiring strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring processes
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, refining, energy, or industrial environments preferred
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
