This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property evaluations, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and managing negotiations and contracts. The agent will provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License is required
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Excellent customer service and client relations skills
Proven experience in sales with strong negotiation and communication abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with real estate marketing tools and technology is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
