The Position
We're looking to add a seasoned Superintendent to the team due to a strong backlog of projects in the city. You should have experience acting as Lead Superintendent on site - with proven track record of leading commercial ground‑up and interior projects. The Projects
You’ll be managing projects ranging from religious ground‑up and additions; commercial interior renovations; multi‑family and education. $115k-$130k base salary + truck (or allowance); 401K; health care and project‑completion bonus.
