Implement and document machine safety systems correctly
Experience & Qualifications (Experience-First)
5–10+ years of experience in electrical hardware design for custom industrial automation
Proven ability to independently own electrical designs end-to-end
Strong proficiency with SolidWorks Electrical
Broad knowledge of industrial control panels, power distribution, and machine safety
Experience in an Engineer-To-Order (ETO) environment
Degree preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms
Ethernet/IP and industrial networking
UL panel design and commissioning support
