Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of ultra‑luxury residences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale luxury homes.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem‑solving for technical challenges.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in high‑end residential construction.
Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems.
Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M–$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Software: Job Trend, MS 365, Bluebeam.
