Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing real estate services, managing client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. Daily tasks include property market analysis, conducting client consultations, coordinating property showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring clients receive professional advice and attention throughout their real estate journey. Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuations, and legal guidelines related to real estate transactions Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and networking Organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Valid real estate license in the state of Michigan Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and technology
