The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Senior HRIS Business Analyst in the Human Resources Department. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of complex analytical functions within various department business applications including responsibility for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and financial functions for the Human Resources Department; provides business analyses that ensure data integrity, accurate processing, and data reporting; and performs related duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive Salary Range of $84,830.48 - $129,347.62 Annually; salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity

Base Wage increase upon successful completion of Initial Probationary or Qualifying Period

The expected schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (4 day work week)

This position may be eligible for remote work

This option for remote work is only available for incumbents who have completed their probation or qualifying period

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a closely related field

Four (4) years of experience performing administrative and analytical support duties for an organization, preferably in an IT or HR environment

Preferred: Strong technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product, preferably PeopleSoft; experience and knowledge of HR business processes and best practices

Note: An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be considered
