I am working closely with a prestigious, Vault 10 Firm with an unposted need to grow its Band 1 Executive Comp/Employee Benefits Practice in DC. One of the premier executive compensation and employee benefits groups, this group works with acquirers, sellers, boards of directors, and their compensation committees, as well as individual executives, in strategic and private equity transactions of all kinds. Clients span across all industries, but are most commonly household names and the most newsworthy transactions. The ideal candidate will have: 1-4 years of experience, preferably in a large firm, advising on executive compensation and employee benefits related matters in various corporate transactions and IPOs Title 1 ERISA experience is strongly preferred Excellent academic credentials (top law school, strong grades preferred) This group had a banner year in 2025 and is looking to add based on significant workflow and continued growth in the space. There is an emphasis on teamwork and collegiality, with attorneys working seamlessly across offices. A premier group within the firm, there is an excellent runway for advancement. The DC office is not very big and partners emphasize working directly with associates and significant one on one mentorship.
