We are seeking a full-time Architectural Drafter for an on-site role located in Delafield, WI. This role is essential in supporting our architectural and interior design teams through accurate, efficient, and high-quality drafting that aligns with Miller Marriott’s standards and processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, have a strong background in residential construction documentation, and be able to manage multiple projects with precision and accountability. Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; working knowledge of SketchUp preferred. 2+ years of construction drafting experience required; experience in residential home design a plus. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and documentation processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with architects, designers, and project managers.
