Your Qualifications: What You’ll Bring
Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
License:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Software Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise with industry software, specifically Applied EPIC, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and various carrier websites
Client Focus:
Proven experience managing a book of business, particularly with small- to medium-sized construction accounts
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills to build rapport and clearly convey complex information
Location:
Must currently reside in the United States
The Opportunity: What You’ll Do
Maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, providing a high level of professionalism and service.
Servicing mostly small- to medium-sized accounts, proactively handling all aspects of the client lifecycle.
Coordinate with markets to secure accurate and timely quotations for clients.
Efficiently process critical account documentation, including certificates of insurance, notices of cancellation, change requests, and endorsements.
Maintain deep proficiency across all different lines of commercial coverage to advise and serve clients effectively.
Handle all necessary requests for information and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
