Loyalty Automotive, a locally-owned and growing group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, is seeking an experienced, connected, and motivated F&I Director to lead and elevate our Finance & Insurance team.

This is a leadership role for someone who can drive performance, build strong lender relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver a top-tier customer experience across the F&I process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the F&I department, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient customer experience

Work directly with customers to explain financing options, terms, and approval paths

Present and sell aftermarket products

Develop forecasts, strategies, and performance plans to achieve department goals, growth, and profitability

Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the F&I team

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and dealership policies

Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly, professionally, and with a solutions-first mindset

Deliver reporting and performance insights to the management team

Collaborate with General Managers, Sales Managers and leadership to optimize the full deal flow

Support vehicle appraisals and deal structuring as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record of success in automotive F&I

Senior-level F&I experience (F&I Director, F&I Manager, or multi-store leadership preferred)

Established lender relationships and strong understanding of lender programs

Experience working with subprime credit customers and complex approvals

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ability

High level of professionalism and integrity

Computer and dealership software proficiency
