As a Pro Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will:
Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers.
Proactively drive sales using your product knowledge and loyalty programs.
Offer tailored recommendations based on unique project needs.
Assist at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and load materials with care.
Utilize specialized paint and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to boost store performance. Collaboration is vital; you will work closely with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and effectively communicate Home Depot's advantages over competitors.
The Pro Customer Service and Sales Associate also plays a role in supporting store goals by monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives, all while upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer needs.
