As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations. Deliver exceptional service based on unique project needs. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized product knowledge. Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to meet store goals. Resolve delivery issues and effectively communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages. You will be expected to meet monthly sales goals and contribute to the overall success of every Pro customer's project.
