As a member of the Pro Customer Service/Sales Team, you will:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Pro customers.
Proactively drive sales through extensive product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics to boost store performance.
Assist customers at the Pro Desk and provide expert advice on specialized products.
Help manage deliveries and resolve any related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and support the execution of sales initiatives.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative spirit. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at specific locations, depending on customer needs.
