Position Overview:
As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering fast and friendly service to our customers. Your objective is to actively engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide expert assistance. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and qualify their needs to recommend suitable products. Utilize our available tools and resources to learn about and inform customers on products for their entire project. Close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in your assigned areas. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Collaborate efficiently with your Department Supervisor and other associates across various departments. Department Areas Include:
Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This position may encompass various roles such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
